2:45 p.m.	Dr. Reza Sisakhti, Professor, Boston University and Director of Measurement Practices, Productivity Dynamics Using Measurement at the C-Level. Reza will lead a discussion (using real world examples) to highlight the benefits to the organization that can be realized from using learning measurement results with other members of the executive team.
4:15 p.m.	Dr. George Wolfe, Vice President of Global Learning and Development Strategic Approach to Measuring the Impact of the Learning Organization. As the senior executive for Steelcase's learning organization, George will lead a discussion and small group interaction to gain an understanding of the different and/or similar strategies employed to measure the impact of learning on the objectives of the organization.
